Piggeh!
Is he still clutching a games controller?
Don't care as long as -
A - it's used
B - it's not repetitive
C - idle kick is at least 1200 (20 minutes), or off
Once again may I point out that we should be looking at what makes other servers successful if we want it populated, not just what we want as it may not be what others want.
I also think we need some sort of hack protection, and better server messages that make people feel welcome, wanted, and consider joining the clan. Let them know who the admins are too. They should also be reminded to add it to their favourites.
I read somewhere it came with Linux
Was on the news this evening. They're going to be mass produced with the intention of having "one for every students bedroom by the end of this year". Finally a cheap portable computer. I will get one/twenty instead of a Mac Mini...
Not a bad spec for 20 quid...

Coolies - I loved the MechWarrior games. Still have the third one in the attic somewhere...
Looks like it could do the trick, but does it recognise hacks etc...??? If it does why not give it a try?
New maps and anti-cheat measures are out of our control. Mind you I have played in servers that autokick known hacks the first time they're used. Can we find something and install it on our server?
For now we'll just have to make use of a bad situation. Perhaps a change of the message rotation would make people feel more welcome and want to come back. For instance, "Man man man" may be funny to us (or have been for a while), but means fuck all to anyone else...
Yeah we did notice idle kick was off. Don't give a toss which maps we play. If we're only doing one round of each map I would prefer that each round has at least double the normal amount of tickets to save spending lots of time looking at the load screen, and reduce the risk of crashing at map change...
10+ years later am still here)
When are you going to fuck off?
